I am Jonas, your TEAMMATE.  I help people like you realize your full potential, accelerate learning and imbibe a life of value using the John Maxwell Methodology.  I want you to become a part of my mission to change the world one training at a time and be part of thousands of people I have worked with, in India and in the Philippines.  

I founded Pivotal Leadership and Management Consultancy (Pivotal LMC) in 2015.  My mission is to equip learners with the skills, share proven techniques and activate habits that will eventually lead to an abundant life.  

I have spent two decades leading the People Agenda for Fortune 500 companies namely, Accenture, Cognizant, and AIG that eventually led to optimized operations, happy and engaged employees, and client retention.  I LOVE DEVELOPING PEOPLE! 

I finished my MBA with High Distinction from the University of Hertfordshire in the UK and took MBA units from The Ateneo Graduate School of Business.  My natural fondness for continued learning, realizing human potential, and just doing more than normally expected also earned me several international licenses and registrations in Finance and Insurance and I am on my way to my ALMI designation (wish me luck!).  I started life as a meek little boy, a total introvert but have overcome my fears - landing me to several broadcasting stints immediately after college graduation.
