Founder and Director, The Grenada Institute For Theological Education (2008-present) Developed a second training center in the Caribbean for Theological Education and leadership development. Over 200 graduated from this center. Caribbean Director, EQUIP, an arm of John C. Maxwell.(2010-present).Trained 50 key leaders in Government, Business and the Church Community in a 3 year program running simultaneously in Grenada and St .Vincent and the Grenadines.
