In addition to the being a member of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team , I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Workforce Development, specializing in Education, Training, and Development.  I am a leader within a world leading organization in the field of aviation with 40 plus years experience in private sector, corporate, commercial, military, and federal government. I hold all of the airman maintenance certifications in the field of aviation. I am an honorable Veteran that served in the United States Air Force in which I earned several awards to include a Medal of Commendation for Meritorious Service. I am an Entrepreneur and business owner. Additionally, I am a leader in the community, as a youth sports Coach for 20 years for football, baseball, and basketball. Former Chairman of the Youth Sports Comittee for the Emerson YMCA (2001-2003 elected volunteer). I am the Founder, President of the St.Louis Hawks Youth Basketball Club AAU/NCAA Certified/Sanctioned Teams. My Wife of 32 plus years is cofounder. I am the Founder and Owner of InFocus Photography By Joel Pettus. Addtioanally, I am the Founder and CEO for Pettus Enterprses, LLC and subsidiary, Gold Mind Enterprises which provides leadership and prosperity education, training and development integrated with coaching and consulting to companies, and individuals on a professional and personal level. My Wife and I we have two awesome sons that are also leaders in thier community.
