The focus is to provide individuals with a detailed report on their communication style, what motivates them, and the environment where they can do their best work. It also introduces them to their POWERDISC section which reveals their strengths. As a Maxwell DISC certified trainer, I can assist individuals with learning the same information about others so that they do greater work together.

I have 20 years of leadership experience in the healthcare Supply Chain field. I have used these principles repeatedly while developing relationships, communicating, and working with all levels of healthcare professionals from supply inventory specialists to physicians to Hospital Administrators.
