When I was 18 years old, I heard Zig Ziglar for the first time. What stood out the most from that talk was when he said, “You can have everything in life you want, if you are willing to help enough other people get what they want.” That statement changed the path of my life forever. Helping people has been my life mission from that time forward.

My wife Caryn and I have been together since 1982 so you do the math. We have successfully raised two girls Caitlyn and Rebekah, who are now both married and fortunately for us still live in the same town we do (#Blessed). I believe that putting family first is the SECOND most important thing for someone to do to be successful in life and work.

A HUGE difference maker for me has been starting my day by reciting the ‘Believer’s Creed.’ These words have been some of the most impactful I have ever read. As long as I have been coaching, teaching, training, and speaking professionally I have started every presentation I give with these words for the audience to recite with me.
