My career for several years was solely in corporate America serving in many different capacites.

Throughout my professional career I have served as an example to all who have worked with me and/or for me as one who is dedicated to the success of individuals as well as the success of the companies through which I have been employed. I take my work profoundly serious.

I have been married for 27 years and have 4 children and 10 grandchildren.

I have served as a leader in our home church for over a decade this position has taught me that my calling is to help others see the best in themselves. I also believe my journey through corporate America has been a part of the launching pad to my call to help others see the best in themselves. I have invested nearly 10,000 hours of training in leadership development and believe everyone is called to lead. As I searched for the best way to help others excel I realized that the majority of leadership material I studied is from the John Maxwell collection on leadership it was through this material that I was introduced to the John Maxwell Team and look forward to helping others be the best they can be.

Many people are called to be an inspirationl speaker or motivtional speaker. I have been called and trained to be a transformational Speaker , Coach, and teacher.
