My company, Legacy Coaching LLC is uniquely designed to engage, encourage, equip, and empower individuals and organizations in their pursuit of excellence, especially in the areas of leadership development, people-skills enhancement, performance improvement and character education. I offer personal and group coaching, training, and speaking to professionals in hospitality, education, ministry, government and military service, sales, and healthcare, as well as to youth, entrepreneurs, and non-profit organizations. A native of Virginia's beautiful Eastern Shore, I grew up enjoying the simple pleasures of life like the fellowship of family and friends around the Sunday dinner table or teaching my children to fly a kite. The values of my upbringing have shaped my character and motivated me to join my friend and mentor John C. Maxwell in the straightforward goal of “adding value to others.” I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Virginia Tech, and a Master of Divinity from Duke Divinity School. In 2016, I will earn my Education Specialist degree in Administration and Supervision from Old Dominion University. I have been happily married for thirty years and have three adult children. I am honored to be a Speaker, Teacher and Coach on the John C.
