I am a master coach & mentor. I am also a published author, and I hold a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Arkansas.
I started coaching in 2004 with the realization that my natural ability to listen and lead would lift others, giving them their own wings to soar. Likewise, I know each person has within themselves a dream, sometimes lying dormant for decades before the right mentor comes along and asks just the right question to unlock the door to release it.
Since I began coaching in 2004, I have facilitated over 7,000 successful coaching sessions, mentoring and consulting sessions as well as Zoom training, online programs, lectures, keynote addresses, and several live events.
My coaching process is unique in that I begin with some fundamental questions: "What do you believe about "XYZ"?" Contained within this question is the hidden core of what most clients come seeking solutions to. Then I follow it up with this question: "Where did your belief come from?" Then I simply ask them this: "If you could change your belief about "XYZ" what would it be?"
That takes us into my coaching process:
Awareness > Growth > Freedom.
When we have “Awareness”, we can begin in the“Growth” step; together we become a team & map out your plan of action. Celebrating the successes is the third step which I call "Freedom."
