How does our transboundary group mentoring (as distinct from one-on-one professional coaching) work?

1. Click on 'Contact Me' if you wish to find out more or sign up, indicating the category in which you would like to be mentored. We will contact you via the email address provided by you and arrange for us to meet via a video-conference call.

2. As much as you should choose your mentors carefully, we too choose our mentees. You and we will be investing time together and would want to ensure there is a fit. For us, it is about having willing, humble learners. The time that we spend together should be mutually meaningful, beneficial and enjoyable.

3. If mutually we feel there is a fit, there are two models by which we could work:

MODEL 1: You gather your own group of 8 persons to form the group to be mentored. This is the preferred model as you would have group members who know and trust one another, and have similar interests with respect to the areas of mentorship. We then arrange for a time-slot for us to meet once a month via video-conference call, each meeting lasting about 1.5 hours. The group proposes and agrees on the 12 topics to be discussed, one per month. The agreement would be for 12 months with your investment in yourself being US$248 per person per year (ie US$13.77 per hour), paid upfront with no refund unless we are not able to fulfill the commitment on our part.

MODEL 2: You take your chances and join an open group of strangers at a time slot and with a topic determined by us. Charge is US$48 per person per 1.0 hour session, paid upfront before the session, with no refund unless we are not able to fulfill the commitment on our part.
