I am a time tested, 25 year highly successful leader having served three companies as the President and/or President & CEO. As a Turn Around Specialist, each company achieved significant revenue growth and profitability as a result of implementing practical and accountable business principles and best practices. At the center of focus was implementing a defined culture that included business focus and processes. The most significant component within the culture was improving leadership skills of management then employees at all levels as all people lead they just may not recognize or acknowledge it.
Improving the leadership skills led the employee culture transition and in turn achieved results that improved the solvency of each company. I have witnessed cultures of mistrust and extreme unhappiness where employees dread coming to work. I have also witnessed and been part of creating cultures where people were inspired, where there was camaraderie, teamwork and where they were inspired to bring forth new ideas, thinking and contributions of all kinds.
After retiring then consulting a couple of years on my own, I wanted to have a greater impact on a larger scale than what I could do as an individual. That is why I joined the John Maxwell Team where I continue to increase my own consulting, leadership, teaching and coaching skills and am excited to continue to transform individuals, teams and companies.
