I served nine years in the Marine Corps as an Air Traffic Controller and have served in the ministry for seven years. Having always been in leadership positions, growth has been a mindset that I have maintained. I became associated with the Maxwell Leadership Team after I got my first coach and learned the value he added to my life. Having a desire to serve others in the way that I had been served, it made sense to go to the best in the business and learn at his feet.
