I spent 23 years as a staff pastor in the church arena leading thousands of volunteers at one of the largest churches in central Florida. (If you can lead volunteers, you can lead anyone!)
The academic side (masters and doctoral degree) gives me the upper hand combining a unique twist to leadership and personal/professional development - training that is both inspiring and motivating.
