After leading several organizations around the states for about 19 years, I realized that there is still much to learn. I experienced several failures/setbacks, and became passionate about learning and growing so that I can help others not to face some of the challenges that I encountered. I am committed to working with individuals and organizations to achieve their desired outcomes by putting action plans and effective strategies in place that will improve performance and increase productivity.
