The absolute passion of my life is helping others to develop themselves in the area of leadership and personal growth. This is what led me to join the John Maxwell Team. The first person that I helped to develop and grow was me. As John says, “We teach what we know, but we reproduce who we are.”

Once I started the journey of developing myself personally and as a leader, I wanted to help others on their journey. I started over 20 years ago doing this. One of the joys of my life is seeing those that I helped to develop as leaders, now serving in roles where they are developing other leaders.

As a wife and mother of three children, I know that growth and leadership development not only affect your professional life, but they affect your personal life. I am excited for the opportunity to use the materials and training I have received as a John Maxwell Team member to help you not only learn to communicate but to connect.
