Dell Oliver has over 20 years of executive and healthcare leadership coaching experience. With greater than 25 years with a Fortune 100 investor-owned healthcare organization, Dell has expertise experience in training, leadership, development, and coaching staff from frontline to executive levels. Dell also has experience in managing and operationalizing leadership development programs, curriculum development, onboarding, succession planning, and team facilitation.

Dell has a Master’s in Business Administration and Healthcare Management, a Masters of Science and Bachelors of Science in Nursing, and currently completing a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on leadership development.  In addition to work commitments, Dell is very involved in local community and national boards and activities.
