I've been in a leadership position for twenty years, starting my career very young, mentoring and developing people.  I've had the opportunity to mentor, lead and develop hundreds of people throughout my life. 

I loved reading John Maxwell's books, applying the knowledge in my life, and sharing it with the team of managers I lead.  In 2019, I joined the John Maxwell team to add value to other people's lives and their teams.
