What sets me apart as a Coach, Trainer and Speaker is my creative and visual methodology where my style is based on experiential learning activities, graphic coaching and facilitation. It makes learning experience fun, engaging and effective.

I am a Learning and Development Specialist (an Australian Accredited Trainer) with a Masters in International Public Health, Diploma in Financial Services, Diploma in Ministry (a Leadership Diploma) and a Bachelor of Nursing. I have about two decades of working experience in industries such as health, community development and financial services in the Asia Pacific region.

Before specializing in Learning and Development over 5 years ago, I have held roles as a registered nurse, risk management specialist, public health professional and a researcher. I have held a variety of leadership roles and have a strong track record of working with leadership teams at all levels. I discovered that in every role regardless of my position, it required distinct qualities of leadership within me to achieve my performance success.

As a lifetime leadership learner, I have put into practice John Maxwell's leadership principles in my everyday life and have enjoyed positive results in my personal and professional life. I believe that with my skills, knowledge and experience gained from working with people from various industries and diverse cultures have prepared me to be a versatile, effective and results-oriented leadership coach and trainer.
