I am the founder of ACE HR Consulting, providing training and talent management solutions, including talent assessment, leadership development and succession planning. I have over 15 years’ experience leading HR functions in both private and Fortune 50 corporations like Comcast, where I was recognized for driving towards the betterment of the HR community, making HR more strategic, more connected across the company, and more efficient.
As a SHRM Certification instructor with Northwood University and the Palm Beach County SHRM chapter, I prepared hundreds of HR professionals to successfully obtain their HR certifications. I have also served as an Advisory Board member with South University.
I hold a master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development from Strayer University, where I graduated Summa Cum Laude, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northwood University.
