I am a development entrepreneurship catalyst and advocate with eleven years experience in designing and coordinating community development projects, formulating impact based entrepreneurship curriculums, facilitating trainings and building strategic partnerships for economic transformation of communities through social enterprises. I currently serve with Good Soil Partners as a Programme Manager. Previously, i worked with institutions from Malawi, Israel, United States of America and South Africa in promoting economic self-reliance of communities through social enterprises. In 2021 i established a rural agribusiness hub in Madisi, Dowa in collaboration with the Israeli development cooperation agency, MASHAV. This is a learning lab that integrates research into community development initiatives. In the academia, I am a Senior Research Associate at the Center for Ecological Intelligence of University of Johannesburg.
