I have worked for more than 30 years in federal government.  My background and experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD), the U.S. Department of Education, White House Faith-Based Initiative has equipped me to be one of the leading ladies in helping organizations achieve success.

I am affectionally known as the lady who is focused on ([M]aking a difference, [A]dding value, and [C]reating change through transformation), AKA the “MAC Lady”. I obtained my master’s degree in Business from Central Michigan University, and a Master’s Certification in Project Management from George Washington University.  

I continue to volunteer my time serving others. I received the President’s award for extraordinary support for volunterism through the Combined Federal Campaign of the National Capital Area, member of the Professionals Who’s Who, and Autism Speaks.
