 I spent 26 years in the United States Air Force serving our great nation.  I joined the John Maxwell Team after retiring from the military to continue my passion for developing today’s leaders, and for growing tomorrow’s leaders in homes, churches, and businesses around the world. 

I am the owner of CS Global Development where I provide Performance and Safety Culture Consultation.  I over 15 years executive leadership advisory experience with the federal government.  My 35 years with the Department of Defense include experience managing people, programs, and million dollar budgets.  My professional degrees include A.A.S. Information Resource Management, B.S. Organizational Human Resource Management, and M.A. Psychology, and certifications in Mediation, Military Resilience and Trauma counseling, and Train the Trainer. 

I was introduced to John Maxwell’s leadership concepts in 2004.  My United States Army supervisor taught me “leaders are readers, and readers are leaders.”  He gave me my first book on leadership; John C. Maxwell’s Developing the Leader Within You.  Through daily INJOY inspirations, I began integrating John’s teaching into my work, home, and church leadership roles.   In 2008, when asked to find a leadership program for my organization in the United States Air Force, John Maxwell’s was the obvious choice.  I had the opportunity to introduce and reacquaint new and seasoned leaders to John Maxwell’s leadership and teambuilding program, and further growth through weekly Maximum Impact teachings.
