Cameron Jackson is the founder of The Eremos Group and an executive leadership coach, author, speaker, trainer, and master business practitioner with 20+ years of experience. He helps both seasoned and emerging leaders, and their teams with personal and professional growth through coaching, training, and the practical application of proven leadership methods and business practices.
In addition to successfully launching and scaling up several businesses in both Union and Mecklenburg Counties in North Carolina, he has led management studies on the logistical operations of Air Force One at Andrews Air Force Base in Washington DC, communications and IT organizations in Germany, and organizational development projects for law enforcement and aerospace operations across the country.
Cameron's journey has included numerous successful and award-winning roles as a president, senior vice president, chief operating officer, assistant vice president, and prior to that he spent 23 years in the U.S. Air Force. He has worked with corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, small businesses, local government, the federal government, and higher education in the United States and Europe.
Prior to serving others as an executive coach, leadership trainer, business coach, and senior management analyst, he spent 11 years as a law enforcement patrol sergeant, crime prevention officer, SWAT team trainer, international police officer in Italy and as an international affairs officer for Europe.
Cameron has a doctorate degree in executive leadership as well as a master’s degree in public administration and leadership and a master's degree in international relations. He has served as a full-time professor of leadership and management and as a professor of business at both state and private universities.
Two of Cameron's publications include A Baseline of Development - Higher Education and Technology - Chapter 11 - Future Technology Centers and a second book called Student-Focused Learning: Higher Education in an Exponential Digital Era, Chapter 7, Google Education, both published by Rowan and Littlefield.
He is a Knight of Magistral Grace in the Order of Malta, under His Most Eminent Highness, the late Italian Prince Giacomo Della Torre. In this capacity he uses his time, talent, and treasures to live the values of his faith by serving the most vulnerable in society, both here in the United States and in efforts around the world.
He enjoys spending time outdoors, living in North Carolina with his family, studying and practicing his faith, and serving others.
