With over 35 years of leadership, executive management, and training & development experience, my passion is "Growing People, Teams, and Organizations for Greatness!"  I strive to inspire people to discover and fulfill their God-given purpose; create awareness and pursue self-improvement; achieve their personal, professional and organization goals; and strive to be great leaders in all areas of life (professional and personal).

I’m proud to have served our Nation in the United States Air Force for 22 years before retiring in 2003 as a multi award-winning instructor, senior enlisted manager and First Sergeant. I then served in the corporate sector before transitioning and serving in the federal government in management and Director (GS-15 executive) positions.

In addition to my John Maxwell certifications, I also received coaching certification from the Federal Internal Coach Training Program sponsored by the U.S. Government’s Office of Personnel Management.  I’m an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation and hold certifications in several well-respected leadership and personality assessment instruments. I partner in the Federal Coach Network to develop leaders and executives in the federal government.  I've earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Maryland University College; earned three Associate Degrees from the Community College of the Air Force; and a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute.
