As founder of L.I.F.E. Leadership Solutions and a Founding Partner with the John Maxwell Team I am passionate about seeing individuals and groups reach their leadership potential and increase their effectiveness both individually and corporately. Through my association with the John Maxwell Team, I have been professionally taught and mentored on the subjects and principles of leadership, communication, professional coaching, public speaking and excellence in multiple areas of life.
As a result of a deep hunger to grow in my personal, family and organizational leadership skills I read my first John Maxwell book on leadership over 25 years ago. I have seen first hand the unique application of these proven principles of leadership in extremely beneficial ways for multiple areas of my own life. With the basic foundation that everything rises and falls on leadership, I firmly believe everyone can experience significant growth in both personal, relational and organizational excellence when they intentionally choose to continue to grow in their leadership skills. The John Maxwell Team is committed to providing excellence in leadership development and I am privileged to be a part of that process as a founding member of this team.
I have spent over 30 years providing leadership and leadership development as well as team building and practical application of leadership principles in multiple venues and associations. These have included Church ministries, schools (public and private), non-profit organizations, executive leadership teams and personal growth coaching. I have provided these services for organizations on site, via web stream/media, in conference settings, seminar formats and leadership retreats in North America, Central America, the Caribbean and Europe.
I have focused the majority of this work in team building, cross-generational mentoring, transformational family systems, career development and personal leadership excellence. Along with several specific Maxwell Leadership coaching and mentoring systems, I have recieved the John Maxwell Team Certification as a Parent and Family Coach, Speaker and Trainer.
