My passion is helping others, a Navy veteran, and now, as part of the Maxwell Leadership Team, has offered me that opportunity. My personal and professional development has been key to the many successes I have enjoyed. Through my experience as a Senior Enlisted Leader in the Navy, becoming a certified Maxwell Leadership Team member, and completing my degree as a Doctor of Executive Leadership. I have added value to myself to add value to others; as John Maxwell says, “You can’t give what you don’t have.” A Master Chief Petty Officer (E-9) who has developed other leaders throughout my career and more recently through one-day leadership seminars called "Fleet CPO Training," where I was able to develop senior enlisted leaders in the United States Navy. Currently coaching Executives and teaching Doctoral Students, I have demonstrated the ability to connect with people and discern what they need and want in developing their leadership skills. I have the clarity of vision to see what people could be, helping them reach their potential through seminars, coaching, and public speaking. I have been able to come alongside others to partner in inspiring and equipping leaders that have an impact worldwide. I believe that the “Legacy you leave is the life you lead!” how can I add value to you so that together we can multiply the significance we have in developing other leaders?
