I have banking experience spanning over 23 years, having worked with Nile bank, Barclays bank Uganda and Absa bank Uganda Ltd in different capacities right from being a teller, bank manager to the Head of Customer Experience in Absa Bank. `
During my last banking assignment, I was in charge of providing strategic direction of how we could consistently improve Customer Experience. This included getting to understand customer journeys and finding ways to ensure each touch point provided a positive memorable experience. Listening to the customers though engagements for feedback and insights was a critical to the solutions we provided.
I also looked at complaint management and resolution which gave a great opportunity to make things better for the customers and build relationships. This reactive approach was key in ensuring any repeat customer complaints were minimized or completely resolved.
I am currently retired from banking and have repurposed myself to grow my passion which is speaking, training and coaching people.
I enjoy meeting new people, reading and writing. I love to travel and try out new culinary adventures. During my free time, I love listening to music or tending to my flowers or spending time with my family.
