I am the owner and lead consultant of Inspiring STARS, LLC, and excited to be a member of the John Maxwell Team. My purpose is to inspire, mentor, develop, and equip leaders who want to grow personally and professionally. For the past 30 years I have been an educator, leading people and communities as a district level administrator, high school principal, counselor, and social worker.

While my leadership experience has been grounded in education for most of my career, I have learned that John Maxwell’s 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership are timeless principles for leaders of all organizations. I have used these principles along with insights from John’s other books to guide me on my leadership walk. In 2013, I made a personal investment in his certification program so I would be better equipped to lead others.

Being coached and mentored, investing in training, and implementing strategies for growth are the very gifts that inspire me to help leaders grow. This opportunity to "re-gift" lessons to others is one of my greatest passions.
