I have over 30 years of corporate experience with the world-leading supplier of technology, integrated project management, and information solutions to customers working in the oil and gas industry worldwide. My primary responsibility was to lead Teams from diverse cultural backgrounds in 6 countries in the East Asia Region, to engage, equip, and empower them. My Teams were recognized for delivering outstanding and consistent KPI results Worldwide. Besides, I was very involved in Training and Development and the strategic initiative to recruit young talents from the Asia Pacific Region.
