I have 21 years of leadership and business development experience. I have recruited, coached, and developed leaders at all levels. Succession planning is one of the key processes I use to maintain a solid talent pool and leadership team. Through my team, results were achieved, including KPIs and sales goals. I also enjoyed roles involving collaboration with my peers and corporate partners to help impact change and growth for the organizations.

Over the last ten years, I have applied my skills in various leadership roles, from education to non-profits, as I moved with my husband. I continue to grow through memberships and certifications with organizations, including the Maxwell Leadership and the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

I am a certified Maxwell Method DISC consultant and trainer. I am passionate about helping people live their best life through personal growth and effective communication.
