I am the Founder & President of Workforce Development Solutions, Inc. (WDS), a management consulting firm. I earned a Master of Business Administration degree from California State University Monterey Bay and a Bachelor of Science degree from Marquette University.

Prior to founding WDS, I held a variety of leadership positions in a large nonprofit organization including Vice President of Business Services, Acting Vice President of Workforce & Career Development, Director of Operations, Regional Director, Director of Youth Services and One-Stop Center Manager. In addition, my husband and I owned and operated a dessert cafe franchise during which time I served on the National Franchise Advisory Board. 

I am passionate about serving people and developing leaders. My greatest joy comes from being Cedric's wife of over 30 years and mother to our six children.
