As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker, I offer workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching.  This supports your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods.  Working together, I will move you, your team, or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals.  As a DISC Leadership evaluator, I will be able to assist you by offering a personality report.  This will aid in a deeper understanding of personality styles to understand yourself, those on your team, or those in your home.

Being an U.S. Army Facilitator, BENELUX Garrison, U.S. Army, Belgium Facilitator and Trainer; Distinguished Toastmaster-Coach, Mentor, Trainer, Speaker, Toastmasters International; Speaker and Trainer, Rebound New Mexico, and soon to be author.  My Toastermasters friends acknowledged me as "The Personal Trainer".  I have been an Ordained Minister since 1991.  My life’s mantra is: Example isn’t everything.  It is the only thing. 

One of my greatest accomplishments has been staying married to my Bride since 1986.  We have had five children and I am also a grandfather of five.  I served as a spouse to an active duty Air Force member for twenty-six years.  From this one accomplishment, I have attained a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, a Master’s degree in International Relations, several other speaking awards, and certificates
