I work especially with local church leaders who are looking to grow themselves or their churches. I do this through Lifelong Leaders, an organisation specifically designed to help local church leaders stay in ministry and be fruitful. Many local church leaders, including myself and other members of the teaching team, have burnt out in church leadership. Lifelong Leaders will help you remain strong and healthy on the inside, grow in your leadership capacity, and increase your fruitfulness.

We do this through coaching, mentoring and teaching leadership principles relevant to the local church. As a member of the John Maxwell Team I am able to take the world's best material and apply it to your local situation.

I can do this because I know your world. Having recovered from church burn out, I am the pastor at Mawson Lakes Community Church, living and applying leadership truth in my every day life as I follow Jesus.
