As the Owner and President of Menifield & Associates, LLC, where the mission is to execute leadership at every level for every sector (public, non-profit, and for-profit), I am using my twenty-seven (27) years of experience in Federal Service, including over twenty (20) years supervising and leading others to excel and reach their greatest potential; to coach, teach, speak, and add value to others. In addition to my John Maxwell Team (JMT) International Certification, I hold a Master's Degree in Public Administration (MPA), two Human Resources Certifications - SPHR (HRCI) and SCP (SHRM), and am a Level II DISC Certified Human Behavior Consultant. I am positive, hardworking, and energetic and hold the values of integrity and character as key in reaching my goals.
