I am a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. I am a lay leader at Christ Fellowship Church in Palm Beach Gardens, FL where Dr. Maxwell is a teaching pastor. In fact, he is a patient of mine.

Early on in my career, I realized I was ill prepared in the soft sciences of human behavior and goal planning. It was this frustration that sent me on my quest for this knowledge. That's when I discovered the likes of Dale Carnegie, Napolean Hill and Earl Nightengale. Over 25 years ago, I heard John Maxwell speak at a business seminar. I've been marinating in his leadership books, tapes and seminars ever since. I didn't realize that he's sold over 32 million books and is Amazon's 6th leading book seller.

I know how his teaching has impacted my life and I want that for others. I've partnered with John on Impact Leadership Network, an outreach of Christ Fellowship to the business community of the Palm Beaches. He is a friend of mine and he is the real deal.

I jumped at the opportunity to be a Founding Member of the John Maxwell Team. Yes, I recently retired from dentistry, but the one thing I know is that everything rises and falls on leadership. John's principles are universal and apply to any organization or business. It is my desire to expose people to these principles and walk with them in their journey.
