My name is William Bess. I attended a John Maxwell live presentation in Odessa, Texas, courtesy of Collin Sewell of Sewell Ford. At this conference, John mentioned he was starting a coaching/speaking/training team and I was immediately sold. I have been a John Maxwell follower for years and saw this as an opportunity to add value to others as well as to myself by being a part of this amazing team.
I have 17 years of experience as a state and federal probation officer. I am a veteran of the United States Army. I have a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice Administration and I am an adjunct instructor at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin and also at Kaplan College. I have given numerous lectures and presentations on the principles of leadership.
Recently, I graduated of the Federal Judicial Center Leadership Development Program in Washington D.C. This is a writing and research intensive, three-year, selective program with a focus on leadership. It is my desire to add value to individuals and organizations by coaching and teaching the Maxwell principles of leadership which are tried and true and continues to stand the test of time.
