A challenge facing many organizations today is that people are being promoted into leadership positions without being adequately equipped for the role as a leader. I became passionate about learning to lead others and to help others learn to lead. I have invested over 12 years in studying the principles of Leadership and applying them to Training, Coaching, Teaching and Speaking for Corporate Development and/or Personal Growth.
My life’s desire is to help people succeed in whatever business or personal venture they are on. This desire led me to become a Certified Personal Trainer.
