As a strong leader recognized for success, achieved through performance and motivation through positive reinforcement, I have been exemplified as a change agent and business igniter. I have multi-industry experience, including starting 4 businesses and running 5 others, and have proven leadership skills with such major companies as; NCR, Pillsbury Company, Target, Colgate-Palmolive, and GE, among others.
I have been in such leadership positions as Business Unit Manager, President, COO, Vice President, and Business Development Team. I have also been on the staff of several CEOs/Presidents. I have served on the Board of several organizations, started one non-profit organization and have served in various community volunteer functions.
I have been recognized for my talents in leadership, my unique approach to business challenges, my ability to find opportunities in problems, and my exceptional ability to lead people to exceed beyond their own expectation.
Drawing on the wisdom of Dr. Deming, Mike Hammer, Zig Ziglar, Aubrey Daniels, Jack Welsh, John Maxwell, and others I live by a philosophy of constant and never ending improvement, being able to take what I've learned and apply the knowledge to today’s business environment. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Tennessee and studied at Babson College and Regent University. I have also received training in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (GE), Toyota Production system, branding/marketing, and R+ employee motivation and have spoken at numerous business events sharing my wisdom to help people be successful!
Currently, I head Business Advisory Management Group LLC whose sole purpose is to guide businesses through the chaos of the rapidly changing business world. Some of our services are Executive Coaching, Executive consulting, private equity advisors, employee motivation, and leadership development.
Today, I reside in Indiana with my wife and three children.
