My 2012 transition from military to civilian life, allowed me the use of my leadership training to wage war against what I believe to be a missing link in far too many Leaders; personal accountability to the Truth. This led me to establish a leadership company, Alethes Consulting Group, LLC, and host a Christian radio show, "The Rose of Sharon." Both assignments are structured to equip Leaders to "Speak the Truth in Love;" without compromise! "A Leader's life may be the only teaching tool that some people will ever read."
