My passion for teaching and sharing successful principles have led to many personal and professional accomplishments and my joining the John Maxwell Team. I retired from a distinguished 26 year career with the City of Los Angeles in building inspection and emergency management. I played a key role in re-engineering Los Angeles' Systematic Code Enforcement Program which won Harvard Innovations in Government award from the Kennedy School of Business.
I served as an emergency management coordinator for the City of Los Angeles for 8 years gaining extensive experience in collaborative catastrophic and strategic planning at the local, state, and federal level. I currently consult, train and provide mentoring and coaching services to youth groups, faith-based, government and private-sector organizations. I also taught building construction/inspection courses at Pasadena City College for 15 years. My cumulative developed skills have uniquely equipped me to meet your developmental needs.
