My passion has always been to help people help themselves to go and grow, discovering their talents, passions, dreams, and doing what makes them happy and a pleasure to be around.
Growing up as the youngest of four children, I learned very quickly how to make the best out of opportunities and make people laugh. My most enjoyable time in the working world was the time I spent as a technical instructor. It was there I discovered how one person could change a culture and add personal responsibility into each lesson. The biggest lesson to pass on is ongoing growth through reading, listening to others, and evaluating ones self.
I started my working career as a bag boy, mechanic, lineman, technical instructor, director of instruction, business owner, life purpose – career – business coach and entrepreneur. I have read, studied, taught and practiced leadership since the first time I picked up the Bible and the Boy Scout handbook.
