Throughout my career, I have recognized the importance of leadership in every aspect of my life. A driving passion for me to reach more people and serve others, so they may reach their goals and fully absorb the abundance of leadership teaching available from John is what brought me to The John Maxwell Team.
In addition to being a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker, I am a Master Facilitator, and a Certified Personal and Executive Coach from the College of Executive Coaching. I have a coach certification from the ICF (held by less than 5% of all coaches), a MBA from Hofstra University and a B.S. from the United States Merchant Marine Academy. My family life has been an integral part of my life with my wife of over 27 years and our four children together.
For over ten years I have run a successful coaching, consulting, training and speaking practice working exclusively with motivated business owners, corporate executives, and professionals in private practice. My work with my clients is focused on helping them keeping on course with their focus and vision, setting clear and achievable goals, strategically implementing systems in order to remain accountable to achieve these goals and leadership skills. Throughout these years, I have continued to study and to grow my own skill sets. I continuously seek to grow and learn as I continue to teach and mentor others.
