I first met John while I was serving as an officer in the US Army. Since then, I've been a student of John's leadership methods. Applying his principles and constantly refining my own leadership philosophy in all spheres of my life. My greatest achievements have come in raising four wonderful children, alongside my ever so capable wife, Laura.
Back in 2003, our family moved to Indonesia to start a small rustic resort called Telunas Beach. I am extremely proud of what has been accomplished in such a short period of time. Our motto at Telunas Beach is “Simplify, Clarify, Connect” and I have found these three words are very effective in leadership as well.
In 2008, my partners and I, started a small consulting/training firm called BME Services, because companies in the regions were asking us to help them grow their leadership teams. It is during this time that
I started to dig deep into John’s resources. My pursuit of learning about the art of leadership led me to earn my Masters degree in Organizational Leadership. I have found coaching to be an integral part of my own personal growth as well as way to help my clients achieve outstanding results. My coaching services are credentialed (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation. My clients include various multi-nationals across multiple industries.
