I’m the Founder and CEO of Life to the Full Consulting, offering services in Personal, Professional and Organizational Development, with a focus on Leadership Development and Talent Management.

In addition, I’m a cohort facilitator for Breakfast Club Africa, a Pan-African membership organization for CEOs, and a member of the faculty of the Malawi Leadership Programme, College of Medicine.

I’m a Medical Doctor with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degree. I enjoy the distinction of being the only woman in the first group of eleven doctors to graduate from the University Of Malawi College Of Medicine. I also hold a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Liverpool, a Bachelor of Medical Sciences degree from the University of St Andrews, Scotland, and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Chemistry from the University of Malawi Chancellor College.
