My purpose and passion is to partner with people to discover their full potential. Drawing from a variety of backgrounds as a decorated United States Marine, high school and college football coach, and working with non-profits and both civic and local government agencies for more than 25 years, I will inspire and encourage you and your team to go to a whole new level. I have been learning from John Maxwell since 1990. Through John's mentorship, countless individuals, teams, companies and non-profits have grown financially, in their skill set, and their ability to reach their ultimate potential. I graduated from Liberty University with my Doctorate Degree and have a unique skill set in asking questions to help individuals discover the potential already within them. Linda is my bride, partner and best friend, and we have two daughters working with large non-profits on the West Coast.
