I have been a coach, trainer and speaker in the business world for nearly 20 years, ten of which have been in the field of employee relations and organizational culture shaping. I have several certifications in team building as well as in MBTI, FIRO Element B, and EQ-i.
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Northwestern College in St. Paul, MN, and a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Leadership from Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, CA. I am married and have three children.
