Through my education and unique life experiences, I have been able to witness the profound effect that comes from living out your leadership role. Rising from childhood abuse and teen pregnancy, I have not only raised a healthy family but am the author of How to Be Sweet, Spicy, S.A.U.C.Y. and Successful, a how-to book for entrepreneurs that is based on my experiences founding and leading the highly successful McRae’s Foods company. As the driving force behind Mama’s Back Woods Cooking Sauces, I have learned many leadership lessons and am blessed to be able to share them with audiences around the world.
With 14 years’ experience as a Senior System Engineer, I bring both personal and professional understanding to my trainings and presentations. The education and inspiration I’ve received while training with Les Brown and Dr. John C. Maxwell have ignited my spirit and shown me the path I was meant to take. Through live leadership seminars, conferences, and independent study, I continually expand my knowledge to become a better leader, speaker, coach, and confidante.
Whether it’s through writing, leading by example, or coaching businesses and individuals, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge, especially with teens and young adults. I am dedicated to encouraging and motivating young people to learn not just to “play the game,” but to become active participants in directing their own futures.
