I have an extensive background in Information Technology, primarily in the Healthcare Industry. During this time, I have seen good leadership; but more commonly, I have witnessed a dire need in both industries for effective leadership that produces positive outcomes. Healthcare, more than ever before, requires the utmost in good leaders who know how to add value to their workforce; thus creating an environment of peak productivity. Likewise, other industries, businesses and organizations can benefit greatly from the development of good leaders. I founded Miller Leadership Institute as a platform to teach and coach personal and corporate leaders to develop their full potential and bring out the best in those they lead.

I have read and put to practice self-improvement and leadership materials for years, especially those of John C. Maxwell. When the opportunity arose to join with his team to build a legacy of coaches and teachers, I jumped at the chance.
