Leadership is the difference maker and the deal breaker. It’s how we grow organizations. It’s how we impact lives. But, as you also know, leadership cannot be an idea we simply talk about; leadership is the action we must live out.
As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker, I can offer you workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. Working together, I will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals.
I am a truly creative person, with a passion for innovation, entrepreneurship and personal development. I enjoy helping others develop and expand their capabilities, identify and improve their strengths and create strategies to achieve their life projects.
After obtaining a degree in Industrial Engineering from UNITEC, Honduras and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (ITESM, Monterrey), I joined the most prestigious private university in my country (UNITEC) where I worked for more than twelve years. During this time I "discovered" my passion for teaching life skills that help my students change their attitudes and become aware of a life full of possibilities, rather than "training" in technical skills; this experience led me to specialize in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Creativity. During these years I came to know and love John Maxwell's work in Leadership, and as I incorporated his teachings in my personal life, I encourage my students to read his books and learn from his experiences.
I have a background in Project Management, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Small and Medium Enterprises, Human Development, Leadership, Management, Creativity applied to product and business development, Higher Education Methodologies and Academic Management.
During my years at UNITEC, I held a position as an academic administrator, after which I was first promoted to head the undergraduate program of Industrial Engineering, and later to Dean of the Engineering Faculty. More recently, I left academia to pursue my personal endeavors.
As a personal and business coach, I developed a new business concept, Imaginopolys, a virtual community where all the members grow together developing their innovative and entrepreneurial projects. For the past few years, I write a column for one of the most prestigious newspaper in Honduras, I currently work as an independent consultant, while running my own company, Imaginopolys, where I have the opportunity to help others while working as a professional coach, teacher and speaker certified by John Maxwell Team.
As a professional speaker, I have lectured in Honduras, Venezuela, Colombia, Trinidad and Tobago and the United States
I enjoy spending my free time with my husband and two sons and always manage to steal a few minutes a day to read, my only addiction.
