My purpose is making a difference in people’s lives. As a leader in my community, business, and church, that purpose continues to be a non-negotiable aspect of my life. As a Certified Executive, Business, and Leadership Coach, I have had the opportunity to help businesses from start-up ventures through large organizations increase their profits, improve their systems, strengthen team and executive leadership, and grow their companies significantly. The John Maxwell Leadership program has allowed me to build upon the leadership strategies that I use with my clients with proven methodologies and expertise.
My hands-on real-life experience in the areas of leadership, sales, marketing, customer service, and management comes from running small businesses for over 25 years. My experience with clients as a business and executive coach is multi-faceted, from helping them grow their revenue and profits by over 200% or sales/marketing strategies, to teaching time management (self-management) skills, creating strategic plans for organizations, facilitating mergers/acquisition processes, and building teams and executives through leadership.
Giving back is critical and I have served as the Project Manager for a local church building program, am on the Board of Directors of By Design Ministries, continue my involvement in the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce, and serve with the Peak Venture Group. I am an active member in the leadership of a local Boy Scout Troop and one of the founders of a local Boy Scout Venturing troop. I am involved with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation annual walk-a-thon and am a Small Business Development Center Counselor.
Some of the awards granted to me include being one of the top 100 business coaches worldwide and top 50 nationwide through ActionCOACH, Committee Chair of the Year for the local Boy Scout Council and the top business coach for my local community of Colorado Springs.
