I am a credentialed coach with the International Coach Federation. I hold multiple credentials in the coaching arena. I am a credentialed coach, speaker and teacher and founding member of the John Maxwell Team. I am also a credentialed Emotional Intelligence Coach, Energy Leadership Coach and an Empowerment Coach. In addition, I hold a credential in Brain-Based Neuroleadership, and I am trained as a Certified Group Coaching Coach. I have a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Arkansas.
Janice Bastani Coaching has been in business since 2004. JBC has a wide variety of coaching methodologies and processes, along with assessments which clients can choose from. JBC has coached, taught and followed the John Maxwell process of leadership since 1989 and jumped at the chance to become a founding member of his coaching team.
Since its formation in 2004, I have facilitated over 3,500 successful coaching sessions as well as teleclasses, online programs, lectures and key note addresses.

Awareness > Growth > Freedom
I believe that until you know where you are at this very moment you cannot know where you want to go and put forward a plan to get there. This is the “Awareness” step. In the “Growth” step, I come along side of you to become a team member to coach you through your plan of action. Celebrating the successes is the third step which I call "Freedom." Until we can each take in our own successes and compliments we will never have an overflow from which to support and give to others. Support and accountability are two of the hallmarks of my coaching business.
